About Dallas Wharton

Mr. Wharton was born in Toronto, Canada, and spent his early years growing up with exposure to his family's real estate development and construction businesses. Mr. Wharton has 25+ years of real estate experience and attended the Rinker School of Construction at the University of Florida. This experience included developing, managing, and disposing of several million square feet of Industrial, commercial, automotive, and hotel properties.

 

Throughout the State of Florida, Mr. Wharton built, managed, and sold numerous residential projects throughout South Florida prior to the downturn. After the national residential real estate crash in 2007, Mr. Wharton recognized the opportunity that the downturn presented. He co-founded Delavaco Residential Properties Corp. This company bought, managed, and disposed of over 850 SFRs and 1,000 multifamily doors throughout Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Delavaco was taken public on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX-V:DVO.U) and subsequently merged with the international investment company Firm Capital.

 

Currently Mr. Wharton focuses on business development and operational stewardship of the company ensuring the implementation of strategy to achieve the goals set by Inkwell and its clientele.
